Notice to Employers - Changes and Updates in Reporting to Provident Funds from the January 2023 Salary Hello to Employers, we would like to inform you of a change in the reporting method required by law regarding your deposits as an employer for your employees' pension savings. Starting with the January 2023 salary, a uniform reporting obligation will apply to all employers with 3 or more employees. On June 13, 2021, a circular (amendment) was published regarding the method of depositing payments to provident funds . To date, the reporting obligation applies to all employers with 10 or more employees who are required to report pensions. Starting on 02/19/2023, the reporting obligation will apply to employers with 3 or more employees who are required to report pensions. The uniform reporting obligation applies to pension funds, executive insurance, and training funds. In order to prevent employers from getting involved, the person who carries out the reporting obligation is a pension operator who manages the pension provisions and associates them with the correct funds. Our recommendation is to organize now to find a pension operator, so that by the time of your January salary you will be ready to submit the report.
